C's Weekly Beauty Tip: When applying hair conditioner, start at the ends of your hair then massage the residue towards the roots. The ends of your hair tend to be the driest, thus needing the most conditioning, while the scalp needs very little. Too much conditioner in the scalp induces hair fall.  

I swear by Body Shop's Olive Body Scrub. It strips away dead skin cells mercilessly, revealing gloriously healthy new skin. It makes my skin rosy and smooth! At around P800 (one pot can be used up to 5 times), you get derma-quality scrubs for a cheaper price. Use it only once a week though. Too much of anything is never good.
